Mr. Marcinak is an associate in the Government Contracts & Regulated Industries Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Marcinak regularly counsels clients in government contracts, white-collar, regulatory, and litigation matters. His experience includes ensuring clients’ compliance with federal procurement statues and regulations; representing clients in litigation before federal and state courts, boards, and agencies; assisting with internal investigations, audits, and subpoena compliance; advising clients on voluntary and mandatory disclosures, cost accounting, business ethics and conduct, and employment matters; and facilitating M&A transactions involving government contracts. Mr. Marcinak also counsels clients regarding internal controls, criminal and civil penalties, commercial item contracting, Stimulus Act funding, government investigations, Freedom of Information Act requests, and country-of-origin requirements.
