Ashley Merlo

Ashley Merlo is an associate in the Business Trial and Intellectual Property Practice Groups in the firm's Orange County Office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Merlo specializes in general business litigation and intellectual property matters.  Ms. Merlo's litigation experience includes complex breach of contract and business tort claims, such as fraud, unfair business practices and misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as trademark, copyright and patent infringement claims.  Ms. Merlo has also handled prosecution of trademarks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
