Carole M. Ross

Carole M. Ross is a senior attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar Heights office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Ross practices employment litigation and labor law.  She is primarily engaged in the defense of employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour litigation.  Ms. Ross has experience in law and motion practice, deposition, and trial.  She defends clients in civil actions as well as administrative charges filed with the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  She advises clients on a wide variety of issues including human resource matters, personnel policies, and wage and hour issues.  Ms. Ross served as the Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the San Diego County Bar Association.  Ms. Ross also represents companies in litigation involving unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.
