Kandace Rayos is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Rayos began practicing as a litigation associate handling various general civil litigation matters, as well as matters pertaining to government contracts and regulated industries. More recently, Ms. Rayos has transitioned into transactional work in the arena of real estate finance. Ms. Rayos now represents institutional lenders in connection with real-estate secured construction loans for various types of properties including office buildings and residential developments. Ms. Rayos also has experience representing lenders in conjunction with tax-exempt bond financings of affordable housing projects.
