Paul F. Rafferty

Paul F. Rafferty is a partner who handles complex litigation and international arbitration.  Mr. Rafferty co-chairs the firm's Life Sciences Practice Group.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Rafferty specializes in a wide range of complex business litigation and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country for a variety of medium to multi-billion dollar companies. Mr. Rafferty has also arbitrated before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Europe and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in New York. He is often engaged to find solutions to existing or impending disputes.

Mr. Rafferty handles a thorough range of business topics including trade secret protection, unfair competition, fiduciary duty, and protection of trademark and patent rights.

Mr. Rafferty is a Judge Pro Tempore in Orange County Superior Court.  He serves as a Manager/Coach for AYSO soccer, and has also managed various little league baseball teams in his community.
