Andreas F. Pour

Mr. Pour is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Pour specializes in corporate finance, intellectual property law, Internet and e-commerce law, and securities compliance. His practice includes technology transactions and licensing (including Open Source licensing and compliance matters), public and private offerings, structured finance and derivatives, joint ventures and securities laws reporting and compliance matters.

Prior to working at Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Pour worked as a transactional lawyer at a major New York corporate law firm. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Pour brings to his clients the unique perspective of an entrepreneur, having served as founder and CEO of a software technology company. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pour was employed as a software engineer with IBM and Hewlett-Packard.
