Kellilyn W. Porter is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Porter specializes in litigation and has extensive experience in environmental, land use, construction defect, and general business litigation matters.  Ms. Porter is also responsible for drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, seeking and opposing temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, preparing for trials and arbitrations, and negotiating settlements.  Ms. Porter has practiced before both state and federal trial courts and appellate courts and has substantial post-trial and appellate experience.
