Affordable Housing Finance
Ms. Peters represents major financial institutions in commercial real-estate secured construction finance facilities. Lori works with several financial institutions lending in the affordable housing arena, financing low-income housing tax credit projects through loans and credit enhancement of bonds. She has worked on a number of financing arrangements involving the participation of multiple financial institutions. Ms. Peters is a member of the firm's Tax-Exempt Finance Team.

Representative Matters
Represented a major financial institution in the documentation of a multi-million dollar credit facility to provide construction-phase and permanent financing for the acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable multi-family housing, including negotiation of intercreditor arrangements among multiple municipal sources of subordinate funding.
Represented a major financial institution in the documentation of construction-phase financing for the rehabilitation of a condominium development of artist lofts in downtown Los Angeles.
