Jonathan E. Penkower

Jonathan Penkower is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.  Mr. Penkower is also a member of the firm's Hospitality Team.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Penkower's practice focuses on general commercial lending, including real estate and asset-based financing, with an emphasis in hotel and resort financings.  His practice also involves the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real estate.

Mr. Penkower's experience includes loan documentation, problem loan workouts, joint venture equity transactions and tax-exempt bond financings.  He also has experience in the development of mixed use real estate projects.  This experience includes the drafting of CC&R's, establishing owners associations, and preparing filings with the California Department of Real Estate.

Mr. Penkower represents various clients, including national banks, other institutional lenders and real estate developers.
