Shane L. Noworatzky

Shane L. Noworatzky is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice 

Mr. Noworatzky specializes in commercial law. His experience includes single lender and syndicated personal and real property senior secured financing transactions. Mr. Noworatzky also has experience with second-lien secured transactions and unsecured transactions. Mr. Noworatzky also has experience representing borrowers in similar transactions and has worked on a number of cross-border transactions.

Lead associate on transaction representing the administrative agent in providing a $1.5 billion dollar unsecured credit facility to a home building company.

Assisted with representation of the administrative agent in providing a multi-billion dollar loan facility to a major hotel chain to finance the acquisition of an international hotel chain.
