Daniel Muniz

Daniel Muniz is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Muniz specializes in intellectual property matters, with an emphasis in patent litigation and prosecution. He handles matters involving patent, trademark, copyright, and disputes in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Muniz worked as a summer intern in the litigation department at a large entertainment studio. During the internship, Mr. Muniz participated in patent investigations with the Motion Picture Association of America Patent Committee. He also assisted in a media clearance project through legal research regarding media privacy torts.
