Scott R. Lindley

Scott Lindley is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Santa Barbara office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Lindley's areas of specialization include public and private securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business start-ups, intellectual property transactions and representing clients with respect to general corporate law and business matters. Mr. Lindley represents clients ranging from individuals and privately held companies to large publicly-traded corporations.

Mr. Lindley also received his CPA Certificate in Illinois. Prior to attending law school and business school, Mr. Lindley was a manager in the Tax and Legal Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, specializing in partnership and corporate tax matters.
