Ms. Lee is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Lee represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark and trade secret litigation and transactional work such as due diligence and license agreements.
Ms. Lee also litigates various aspects of employment law and has defended employers against lawsuits alleging discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual and racial harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, violation of wage and hour and prevailing wage laws, and other related matters. Ms. Lee has experience in law and motion practice, depositions, and participated in a trial involving claims of race and national origin discrimination. Ms. Lee has represented employers in both state and federal courts. She also counsels employers on personnel policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Lee was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP, where she practiced civil litigation, with emphases on employment-related and unfair competition-related litigation.
