Aleksander Lamvol is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries practice group in the firm's Washington, D.C., office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Lamvol's practice focuses on public contracts, administrative law and commercial litigation. He counsels prime and subcontractors to the U.S. Government on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues, including cost accounting, cost allowability, false claims, export controls, and multiple award contracting. Mr. Lamvol represents parties before federal agencies and in judicial as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Recent substantive experience includes contract performance disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims, commercial litigation before federal trial court and federal court of appeals, and investigations by the Department of Justice and an Office of Inspector General. Mr. Lamvol also specializes on representing foreign entities doing business with the U.S. Government and periodically advises foreign officials on questions of U.S. law.
