Catherine K. La Tempa

Areas of Practice

Ms. La Tempa specializes in business litigation.  She has represented clients in a variety of business disputes and against claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, and unfair business practices.  Ms La Tempa has extensive experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in both first and third party disputes, litigation and appeals.  She has also represented insurers in class actions and complex commercial cases.  She has provided coverage analysis on a number of issues in the context of Commercial General Liability, Errors & Omissions and Directors & Officers policies.
