Michael Wallin

Michael Wallin is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Orange County Office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Wallin has experience in real estate secured lending transactions. His experience includes loan documentation, problem loan workouts, joint venture equity transactions and tax-exempt bond financings, including low-income housing bonds.  Mr. Wallin represents various clients, including national banks, local and regional banks and other institutional lenders.
 
Mr. Wallin also represents creditors throughout the litigation and bankruptcy processes, and in connection with lending transactions and workouts.  He has been involved in both California and Federal civil litigation, as well as bankruptcy proceedings and transactional matters. His experience includes all aspects of law and motion practice, provisional remedies, discovery, post-judgment collections, a wide variety of bankruptcy-related filings, and loan and workout documentation.
