Mary Johnson is special counsel in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Johnson represents international and domestic clients in bankruptcy cases, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, and creditors' rights litigation for domestic and international clients in Asia, Europe and the United States. She has represented creditors, bondholder committees, institutional lenders and debtors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court corporate restructurings, in the United States and abroad, in many industries, including aviation, financial services, technology, infrastructure projects, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, publishing, real estate, retail, and telecommunications. Additionally, Ms. Johnson has extensive litigation experience in antitrust, banking, contract, employment, environmental insurance and general commercial law in state and federal courts.
Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Johnson was Of Counsel at Coudert Brothers LLP, specializing in bankruptcy and litigation.
