Scott N. Hudson

Scott Hudson is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Hudson has experience representing diverse corporate clients and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and international transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate financings, private equity investments and public and private securities offerings. He counsels clients through the process of structuring, negotiating, documenting and executing a broad spectrum of complex domestic and international corporate transactions and financings.  He also provides day-to-day counsel on strategic matters.
