Brent E. Horstman is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Horstman specializes in financial transaction, representing both lenders and borrowers, and other transactional work. Mr. Horstman has recently worked on a number of transactions involving hotel and gaming entities and sports franchises, in addition to a number of cross-border transactions.

Leveraged buyout of a major food products company, involving in-transit inventory and collateral located in Canada and Puerto Rico;

Senior financing, featuring revolving and term loan facilities, and mezzanine financing for a satellite TV and high speed internet provider;

Letter of credit issuance for major gaming company in connection with acquisition of London based gaming company;

Letter of credit facility serving as credit support for a municipal bond financing for a cancer research center;

Representation of real estate company in connection with the acquisition of real property owned by an Indian tribe.
