Gerald N. Gordon

Gerald Gordon is Of Counsel (retired partner) in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Gordon specialized in the representation of prime contractors and subcontractors in matters related to Government contract law and construction litigation in Federal and State courts and before Boards of Contract Appeals.  His practice included bid protests before GAO and GSBCA in addition to negotiation and litigation on behalf of prime contractors and subcontractors involving the various aspects of these fields of law.

Mr. Gordon has appeared before various state courts, federal courts, and boards of contract appeals (ASBCA, NASA, DOE and GSA).  Mr. Gordon has been an instructor for the UCLA Business Administration Extension in Construction Law and Legal Aspects of Management.
