Will Chuchawat

Will Chuchawat is Counsel in the firm's Corporate Practice Group, where he advises public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, middle market deals, Chinese investment, corporate finance and general business matters.  In addition, Mr. Chuchawat represents clients in the areas of corporate trust, indenture trustee and public finance.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Chuchawat is an advisor to clients ranging from multi-national corporations to private equity groups to entrepeneurs in various industries, such as private equity, venture capital, financial services, technology, manufacturing, defense, construction, nonprofit corporations and health care.  His principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisition transactions, private equity, venture capital, Chinese inbound and outbound investment, public finance, corporate finance, general corporate law and general business counseling.
