Bridgette Agness is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Agness specializes in all types of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis in patent and trademark litigation and prosecution. She handles matters involving patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, dilution, trade dress, trade name, and unfair trade practice issues and disputes in a wide range of industries.

Ms. Agness is experienced in taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine, preparing and drafting discovery requests, and preparing witnesses for trial. In a major patent litigation, Ms. Agness was responsible for coordinating all aspects of trial preparation, including the preparation of all trial briefs, motions, jury instructions, compliance with the pretrial order and the preparation and scheduling of witnesses for trial.
