Steven Warren Cardoza

Steven Cardoza is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group specializing in commercial finance law in the firm's Orange County office. He is the head of the practice group's transactional team.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Cardoza specializes in commercial law, secured and unsecured lending and bankruptcy matters. His experience includes single lender, participated and syndicated real and personal property financing transactions, loan documentation, problem loan workouts and representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting both senior and mezzanine debt financing, participating or "contingent" interest financing, and loan originations for the commercial mortgaged-backed securities market.
