Vincent J. Brown is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Brown practices general business and commercial litigation. He has a wide array of experience in complex civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving unfair business practices; breach of contract; patent infringement; negligence; real property; securities and other class actions; and in Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement proceedings.

On January 29, 2008, Mr. Brown was appointed a County Hearing Officer by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors for a term to last until 2011.
