Brian R. Blackman

Brian Blackman is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Blackman has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases involving breach of commercial and maritime contracts and warranties, trademark infringement and unfair competition, business torts, product liability, insurance coverage and corporate governance issues. He has conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations and represented clients in matters venued across the United States. Mr. Blackman recently obtained a six figure jury verdict in an international breach of contract action.
