Christopher A. Bauer is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group of the firm's Orange County office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Bauer's practice embraces a broad range of general and complex business disputes. Since joining the firm, he has worked on issues related to unfair business competition, business frauds, fraudulent conveyances, civil contempt, punitive damages, enforcement of judgments, and land valuation in condemnation proceedings.
During law school, Mr. Bauer worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable W. Royal Furgeson, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He also worked as a law clerk in the litigation section of the Texas law firm Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson.
Mr. Bauer has received certifications in basic and domestic mediation and has mediated and co-mediated civil disputes.
