Prentice O'Leary is a member of the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office where he has been a partner since 1975 (retired as of 2005, but is available as a consultant).
Areas of Practice
Mr. O'Leary specializes in commercial law and bankruptcy. He has done extensive work in loan documentation, as well as litigation in bankruptcy and state courts. Mr. O'Leary has represented trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, indenture trustees, and debtors.
