Maria Gangemi is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles Office.
Practice and Experience
Ms. Gangemi has experience representing clients in cases relating to consumer class actions, California's Unfair Competition Law, agency, domestic and international contracts, insurance, securities fraud, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate transactions. She has assisted entities and individuals in a variety of dispute resolution contexts, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlement. She has interviewed clients and witnesses and served as the point of contact for clients and opposing counsel, has personally appeared on behalf of the firm's clients, and is experienced in drafting and responding to various forms of pre-trial discovery, pleadings, and motions.
Ms. Gangemi also helps maintain the firm's publications updating relevant authority in the areas of construction law and environmental law for use by interested lawyers and the business community.
