Ruben D. Escalante

Ruben Escalante is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group in the firm's Orange County Office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Escalante specializes in labor and employment law representing employers. He provides advice to employers relating to labor and employment issues, litigates in multiple areas of employment law, and defends against wage and hour claims, breach of contract, claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, class actions, and other related matters. Mr. Escalante represents employers in both state and federal courts, as well as before the DLSE and other administrative bodies. He also advises employers on employee classification, employment contracts and applications, and personnel policies.
