Jesse Williams is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Williams regularly counsels government contractors involved in mergers and acquisitions, bid protests, teaming agreement disputes, and other procurement-related matters. His practice also includes representing and counseling contractors on issues relating to cost-accounting, multiple award schedule contracting, government audits and investigations, and contract claims.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Williams served as a senior attorney editor for The Government Contractor, a Thomson/West publication. In that role, he summarized procurement decisions from GAO, the Court of Federal Claims, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and Boards of Contract Appeals. He also reported on legislative and regulatory developments of interest to the acquisition community.
