Ashley Merlo

Ashley Merlo is an associate in the Business Trial and Intellectual Property Practice Groups in the firm's Orange County Office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Merlo specializes in general business litigation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Merlo's litigation experience includes complex breach of contract and business tort claims, as well as claims involving fraud, unfair business practices, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Merlo has also handled the enforcement of trademark rights and prosecution of marks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
