Gabriel Matus is an attorney in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Mr. Matus regularly counsels public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, executive compensation, corporate governance and a variety of securities law issues. Mr. Matus has also been involved in various bankruptcy-related restructurings and dispositions.
Mr. Matus also counsels boards of directors of several not-for-profit corporations, including Aid for AIDS International, Inc. and Friends of Lower Manhattan, Inc., on corporate governance, finance and other corporate issues.
