Isaiah Z. Weedn

Isaiah Weedn is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group and is based in the firm's Orange County Office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Weedn has experience in a broad spectrum of business litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving fraud, breach of contract, trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, professional negligence, conversion, misappropriation of trade secrets, and domestic enforcement of foreign country money judgments. Mr. Weedn has negotiated and prepared settlement agreements, prepared and argued numerous motions, conducted and responded to written discovery, represented clients in depositions, and taken depositions of opposing parties. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weedn was an associate in the law firm of Kring Chung's Irvine office. While at Kring & Chung, Mr. Weedn prepared for several trials and, as sole trial counsel, tried two matters through to verdict.
