Lester Anderson is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the firm's Del Mar Heights office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Anderson was a registered patent agent with experience in patent prosecution and patent analysis in a variety of technologies, including analog and digital circuits, computers, computer software, power control, battery power, antenna devices, transceiver circuits, semiconductor devices, electromechanical devices, business methods, and more.

Mr. Anderson has recently represented clients including MasterCard International, Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Olympus Communications Technology of America, Inc., Kyocera Wireless Corp., Neology S de R.L. de CV, TCZ GmbH, and Wideband Access, Inc.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Anderson was a Registered U.S. Patent Agent with the San Diego offices of Baker and McKenzie; Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker; and Kyocera Wireless Corp. Mr. Anderson also worked as a member of technical staff at ViaSat, Inc.
