Patrick J. D'Arcy

Patrick D'Arcy is an associate in the firm's Business Trial Practice Group in Orange County, California.

Areas of Practice

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. D'Arcy worked for twenty years in the title insurance industry, holding various senior level positions, including National Underwriter for First American Title Insurance Company, where he closed high-liability commercial transactions, Corporate Vice President of Centex Corporation, in which he created and managed a start-up division and subsidiary companies in various states that handled title insurance and escrow services, and most recently, as President of E-Loan's national closing company.

Mr. D'Arcy handles real estate litigation matters for the firm's real estate clients, including boundary disputes, breaches of real estate purchase contracts, commercial landlord-tenant law, lien priority claims between mechanic's liens and holders of secured debt, lien priority claims among competing secured debt, construction defects and other real estate issues.

Mr. D'Arcy handles pro-bono cases for senior citizens on limited incomes, including elder abuse claims and any wrongful denial of benefits. Mr. D'Arcy also works with veterans on a pro-bono basis who have been similarly denied benefit claims.
