Scott Sveslosky is an associate in the Business Trials Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Sveslosky has been responsible for numerous aspects of business, antitrust, professional liability, banking, products liability, toxic tort and insurance litigation matters. He has spent considerable time preparing and opposing motions, negotiating settlements, conducting and responding to discovery, preparing for trial, and has tried to verdict business matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition. Mr. Sveslosky's experience also includes representing clients in a variety of business disputes and claims of breach of fiduciary duties, unlawful detainer, violation of the federal RICO statute, and related causes of action.

During the spring of 2001, Mr. Sveslosky worked at the United States Attorney's Office, Central District, where he prosecuted two criminal cases and was responsible for a variety of other criminal matters.
In 1998, Mr. Sveslosky worked for the Los Angeles Elected Charter Reform Commission, where he served as a policy analyst and researcher in an effort to reform the L.A. City Charter.
During the summer of 1997, Mr. Sveslosky worked in the corporate legal department of Warner Bros., where he provided assistance on a number of different litigation and employment related cases.
