Bardia Bakhtari

Bardia Bakhtari is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the Firm's New York office. 

Mr. Bakhtari's expertise is focused in the media and entertainment industries, representing publishing companies,  media  companies and other intellectual property owners in litigation.  Mr. Bakhtari counsels clients in the areas of  intellectual property, rights of publicity and privacy, First Amendment, prepublication review, and other aspects of media law.  In addition, he has experience in a broad range of commercial and financial disputes including breach of contract, securities and accounting fraud, bankruptcy matters, and other complex civil litigation. Mr. Bakhtari also has experience in all phases of both domestic and international arbitrations.

Mr. Bakhtari is active in the Firm's pro bono work on behalf of clients in the arts, and is on the Recruiting Committee for the New York office.
