Gina Reif Ilardi

Gina Reif Ilardi is an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Communications Practice Group in the Firm's New York office.  

Areas of Practice

Ms. Ilardi's practice is focused on the media, fashion and entertainment industries, representing publishing companies, studios, production companies and other intellectual property owners in both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Ilardi counsels clients in the areas of copyright, trademark, rights of publicity and privacy, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, and First Amendment matters. She also has experience representing clients in a variety of general commercial and financial disputes including breach of contract, product liability, defamation, and securities and accounting fraud.
