Beverly Lu

Beverly Lu is a special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Sheppard Mullin.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Lu focuses her practice on complex commercial and business litigation, including real estate litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and insurance. She has represented clients that range from developers to financial institutions, insurance companies and other types of business clients in both state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as in arbitrations proceedings. Ms. Lu has successfully tried to verdict and arbitrated commercial matters involving a dental practice partnership dispute, a contract dispute for a national bank, and bad faith claims against an insurance company.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Lu was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lord Bissell & Brook LLP.
