Areas of Practice
Extensive experience representing Fortune 500 and other companies in business immigration matters including all aspects of employment-based nonimmigrant visas (A, B-1, E-1. E-2, E-3, F, H-1B, H-2, H-3, J, K, L-1A, L-1B, M, O, P, R, TN, U, V) and immigrant visas (PERM and other Labor Cert's, EB-1, 2, 3 & 5; AOS/CP, and other green card processes) for large and small companies and their employees, university professors and research organization members, and other qualified self-petitioning individuals. Also practices family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, deportation and related waiver proceedings. Volunteers in community and national immigration projects.
