Elizabeth S. Anderson

Elizabeth Anderson is an Associate in the land use group in the San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Anderson's practice emphasizes land use and environmental matters, including obtaining development entitlements, compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and administrative proceedings and litigation.

Ms. Anderson has worked on a variety of land use projects throughout California, including retail developments/shopping centers, residential, and mixed use developments for developers. As part of her practice related to CEQA compliance, Ms. Anderson has advised on the legal adequacy of numerous EIRs for projects throughout California.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Anderson was a member of the Real Estate practice group and a member of the Associate's Committee at Steefel, Levitt & Weiss.
