Lisa N. Stutz

Ms. Stutz is an attorney in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Stutz practices in the areas of entertainment, intellectual property and commercial litigation.  Ms. Stutz's entertainment background includes representation of studios, independent producers and broadcasting companies on various types of claims, including those relating to motion picture and television distribution rights, profit participation and other accounting issues, broadcast content, wrongful death, talent disputes, employee misconduct and vertical integration.  Ms. Stutz has also represented various corporate clients involved in business, securities and tort litigations.

Her experience includes all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting and opposing motions, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial, as well as arbitration.
