Jennifer La Macchia

Ms. La Macchia has experience representing airlines and the airline industry on a wide range of issues focusing on labor, regulatory and related matters on state and federal levels. Ms. La Macchia has advised and represented air carriers in labor negotiations, litigation, and employee benefits matters during and following Chapter 11 reorganization as well as in federal agency investigations. Ms. La Macchia advises airline and other travel industry companies on all legislative and regulatory matters including airport capacity restrictions, airport security, aviation taxation, and all Department of Transportation regulations.
