Stephanie M. Seidl

Stephanie M. Seidl is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy practice group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Seidl has experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, including the preparation of bankruptcy schedules, drafting first day pleadings, and responding to motions for relief from the automatic stay. She has also been involved with pro bono non-dischargeability litigation. Throughout undergraduate and law school, Ms. Seidl worked law clerk at a consumer bankruptcy firm in Minnesota where she was responsible various aspects of consumer bankruptcy practice, including client counseling and interviewing, negotiating agreements between creditors and clients to resolve relief from stay motions, responding to and filing adversary complaints, preparing bankruptcy schedules, and complying with requests for information from the United States Trustee.
