Timothy C. Perry

Timothy Perry is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy practice group in the San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Perry practices in the area of Finance and Bankruptcy, with an emphasis on litigation.  As a member of the firm's appellate team, Mr. Perry also handles appeals in federal and state courts.  During law school, Mr. Perry served as President of the Berkeley Law Foundation and received a number of American Jurisprudence and Prosser awards for his coursework. 

Before law school, as a U.S. Fulbright Fellow, Mr. Perry monitored the implementation of South Africa's 1996 Constitution.
