Michael Barbanell Landres

Mr. Landres is an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Communications Practice Group in the firm’s Century City office. 

Areas of Practice

Mr. Landres’ practice focuses upon transactional matters for entertainment and media companies, including the representation of major motion picture studios, independent production companies, and other institutional entertainment and media entities.  He is also a member of the firm's Hispanic/Latino Business Group.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Landres worked in Alliance Management in The Walt Disney Company’s Corporate Alliances Group, where he was responsible for managing the company’s domestic and international alliance with the Visa Association.  Mr. Landres also worked as a financial analyst in the Global Equity Capital Markets Group of Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank, and has experience working on the origination and execution of stock and convertible bond offerings.
