Bry Martin

Bry Martin is an associate in the San Diego office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP.  He is a member of the Real Estate, Land Use and Natural Resources, and Environmental Practice Groups.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Martin's practice includes advice and representation of developers, businesses, and individuals through the California entitlement and permitting process.  His practice includes giving guidance on navigating the maze of land use and environmental regulations involved in entitling land, drafting agreements with the City or other public entities for the entitlement of land, as well as agreements to resolve land use disputes.
