Mr. Mengelle has assisted in various aspects of motion picture, television and new media content development, production and distribution.

Mr. Mengelle received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law from the University of Manchester (U.K.) School of Law in 2006. In 2001 he received his Abogado degree from Universidad Católica Argentina. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English.
