Aaron Fennimore

Aaron Fennimore is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Sheppard Mullin's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Fennimore's practice involves intellectual property litigation and transactions, with a particular focus on trademark and copyright matters.  Mr. Fennimore handles enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as prosecution of trademarks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  His practice also includes litigation experience in the area of finance and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Fennimore worked for a large entertainment studio for seven years.  He assisted with talent contracts and clearance issues in the studio's Television Business and Legal Affairs department.  Additionally, he assisted with the enforcement and prosecution of intellectual property rights in the studio's Litigation department.
