Jessica A. Johnson

Jessica Johnson is an associate in the Land Use and Natural Resources practice group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Johnson handles matters for corporations, developers, and public agencies involving compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Subdivision Map Act, and local development regulations.

Ms. Johnson's litigation background includes challenges for failure to comply with environmental, land use, and public agency laws, as well as water rights disputes and condemnation proceedings.  Her transactional background includes the processing of entitlements for retail stores and shopping centers, drafting specific plan amendments, analyzing and preparing development agreements, environmental due diligence, wetlands permitting, and compliance with environmental laws.
